Will I be able to see the progress before the site is finished?
Absolutely. We use staging environments. You will receive a live demo link so you can watch your website come to life in real-time and provide feedback along the way.
What do I need to do to get started?

Do you write the content (copy) for the website?
Our primary focus is on design and development. However, if you need professional copywriting, we can recommend trusted professionals or include it as an add-on to your project.
How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends entirely on your specific needs. We offer tailored packages for small businesses as well as fully custom solutions for larger enterprises. Contact us for a precise quote.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in complete transparency. Before we start any work, you will receive a detailed proposal with all costs clearly outlined.
How does the payment process work?
No. You don’t pay anything until we present you with the first draft of your website. The draft represents approximately 95% of the completed work. Only if you are happy with what you see do we send a payment request. If you don’t like the overall direction and want major changes, the project stops there—at no cost to you.
Do you offer monthly maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer ongoing WordPress Maintenance & Security plans to protect your digital investment long-term.
Please note that while these are ongoing care plans, they are billed annually (one payment per year). You pay for 12 months of service upfront, with no monthly payments required. This covers core updates, daily backups, security monitoring, and technical support for the full year.
Can I maintain the website myself after you build it?
Of course. Because we build exclusively on WordPress, you will receive full training and admin access. However, we always recommend professional maintenance to prevent security risks and downtime.
Who owns the website and the data once it's finished?
You do—100%. We hand over all credentials (hosting, domain, WordPress admin), and the website is entirely yours.
What happens if the site crashes or gets hacked?
If you have an active maintenance plan with us, our team will respond immediately. We perform daily backups, meaning your site can be restored to a previous state quickly and safely.
Will I receive training on how to use the website?
Yes. Upon project completion, you will receive video tutorials and/or an online session where we explain exactly how to update products, images, or blog posts.
Is my website optimized for Google (SEO)?
Absolutely. Every website we build includes foundational technical SEO (speed, structure, meta tags) as a standard. For advanced ranking strategies, we offer dedicated SEO services.
Do you provide hosting and domain registration?
Yes, we offer managed WordPress hosting optimized for maximum performance and security. We can also register and manage your domain name if you don’t have one.
